Project Context
The pitch was aimed at creating a web-app solution that meets the needs of the stakeholders of the donor program. This included providing data analytics for field engagement staff in recruitment, automating manual tasks for admin staff and more personalized donor engagements to reach out to potential donors.
Defining
We conceptualised the stakeholders’ journeys and designs with these three key design principles in mind - User Friendliness, Systematic Thinking and Effectiveness.
Synthesis
Following the prioritization of user needs, we developed personas and userflows for the key stakeholders within the company product ecosystem.
Lo-Fi Prototype
From the user flow, we developed the key wireframes for each stakeholder, wherein the potential donor wireframes were guided by the initial direction and layout of the current donor program.
